40' Boxcars with 5' doors. Late 1950's vintage from the Chicago Burlington & Quincy and from the Colorado & Southern.
These cars are all steel construction with wooden interiors and NO insulation. Insulation can be added depending upon your intended use. Excellent for workshops, studios, small retail spaces, coffee shops, dry storage, small barns, etc. Design and construction services are also available for any of the above uses. The two cars could be paired and joined with a roof to create a 40' X 40' or 40' X 60' building.

existing design is available to create a 2-bedroom cabin from both cars. This design can be built to your specifications and delivered to your site ready to use!The cars are both equipped with plain bearing trucks and cannot be delivered on their own wheels.
